Hello expert my baby is 10 months old now. I have a couple of queries, 1- She has teeth now so how to maintain oral hygiene ( any brush and paste recommendations). 2- how clean ear wax.

Kiddodent toothpaste plus oral B junior toothbrush is very good option for you to use to clean the teeth of the child to maintain oral hygiene brush twice in a day morning and in the night before sleeping you can clean the ears of the child superficially with a wet cloth from outer side but if you need to clean it from the inner side you will have to check with an ENT doctor for that
