kids usually get their get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the process of teeth eruption

don't worry, babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years
