Q.

hello everyone ,the weight of my child is currently 9 kg and he has turned 1 year old, so is it normal or should it be more and if we want to gain more weight, then what should we feed him whose weight is a little bigger? Of the child?

A. Hello mom if you check as per the birth weight which is expected in full term children to almost triple by the age of 1 year and later double by the age of 5 years. THeir current diet should be all usual family foods, no much restrictions as such for them
