Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

Hi See if you actually taken advice from a nutritionist or dietician they never recommended to go for juices so as of now if you want you can start a little bit of juice for the child for the fruits which which you cannot give regularly like that and semisolid food also you should continue with juices can be like this one time in a day and about one fourth of glass like 5 to 7 teaspoons or something
