hello everyone my kid is 2 years 6 months he complaints about leg pain what are the calcium foods i can give him please suggest Note: only vegetarian no non-veg please thank you

A. Hello mom it’s very important to also expose them to morning sunlight for good vitamin D which is very essential for calcium as well . Massages also do help. You can give dry fruits , milk , pannner , lentils like chana, rajma etc , green leafy vegetables, ragi is also a excellent source of calcium , sesame seeds , poppy seeds etc
