hello everyone, my baby is 2 yrs and 2 months old. her birth weight was 2.4kgs. now her weight is 9.1 kgs. looks every thin but she is very active. how to increase her weight. pls suggest me some diet plan.

A. dear mum, being active and achieving all growth milestones indicates good health, so do not worry. child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks, give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer. nuts. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
