Madhuri KarnikGuardian of a 3 yr 6 m old boy4 months agoA. Baby co daily chapati, dosa, sweet shira, poha, rice dal dijiye. Daily alag alag home made dijiye. Fruit juice dijiye.

Your child is not taking a proper diet which is required as per the age and that is why this could be happening as there is a heavy possibility of a child not gaining weight because they do not have good diet so kindly work upon that and if required you should consult your doctor as well required
