hello everyone main 8 weeks 2 days pregnant hun pr baby ki heartbeat activity nhi hui h ultra sound and tvs bhi kra liya...kya bache ki heartbeat ab ayegi nhi ??kya mujhe mtp karwa leni chahiye???ya fir 2 weeks wait kru???

A. check the HCG and confirm the pregnancy for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
