Yes you can use little warm to hot water that would be good for you to use along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should give a bath as per your comfort and how much cold it is into your area child is too small personally I feel giving bath one day and spa one day would be good but if you want to manage giving bath every day then you can just use a room heater when you give a massage and change the clothes that would be more comfortable for you
