Hello everyone.... I am now 19 weeks pregnant..can i take glutathione and vitamin c during pregnancy.....????

A. Hello dear What is the purpose of taking this medication? Any indication? Vitamin c can be taken if there is a deficiency otherwise taking nutrients rich diet is more than enough
