Hello everyone, Could you please suggest me home remedies for hairfall. I have a postpartum heavy hairfall as i can see my receding hair line. My gynac suggested me to take biotin tablets so i am taking those tablets. And also suggest me when this heavy hairfall will stop ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. do take protein, n calcium rich foods like Eat eggs, cottage cheese, soya, lentils, whole grains and fresh fruit and green vegetable. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a good oil is important.
