If you have meant about how to stop breastfeeding at nights then start giving your baby a good quantity of solid diet in the nights before making to sleep. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Do not offer to breastfeed your baby immediately after waking up at night. Try to soothe the baby back to sleep with the help of your spouse.
