Hello Dr, Yesterday my 1.2 year old child taken Influenza and Hep A vaccination shots, after midnight he is having fever and we gave him 0.5 ml Febrinil drops 4 hrs ago but still fever is not reduced, Can you please advise if we can give Febrinil one more time Imin next 1 hour by increasing dose 0.5 ml to 1 ml? #Vaccination

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give 1 ml of the paracetamol drops to the baby who is more than one year of age you can repeat it once every 6 hourly to the baby .
