Q.

Hello dr plz suggest After 2 month of delivery I have lots of back and toe pain what we can do

A. avoid exertion. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hi it might happen because of nutritional deficiencies as your body losses the nutrients during delivery. so please take calcium and protine rich diet more. it is best to take green veggies , fresh fruits,nuts , pulses etc more along with that,take necessary precautions or care: don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. you can try Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
