Hello Dr. Now our baby is having home made Cerelac and some times cooked rice...Could you please suggest us like Is it good if we stop feeding Cerelac and give only cooked food or else shall we continue Cerelac also?

It is totally fine if you will stop giving cerelac You baby and start giving home made cook the food to your baby. But rice is not enough rather than this you should also start giving vegetable soup, fruit puree, Dal Ka Paani. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan
