Hello Dr.. Need your advice regarding white spots on my 15 months old baby's teeth...it's coming on the front four teeth...should I start using a baby brush?...I brest feed her ...should I wean her off completely to avoid any cavities???

Kiddodent toothpaste you should use an oral B junior toothbrush is good to be used you should start brushing your teeth from the beginning itself as you see the child I started to have a teeth you should start brushing or not maintaining oral hygiene which is why this is happening and during the night time if you can avoid breastfeeding that would be better but during the daytime you can slowly start giving external milk also because when you decide to quit breastfeeding it would be easier otherwise as usual the child gets more stubborn to the mothers feeding
