After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also.
They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre.
Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt .
These keep the digestion good
you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. U Can give all kind of dry fruits to the child from the beginning itself from the age of seven months you just have to dry roast all of them and make a fine powder out of it once they become cool as that’s the right way to give it to the child
