hello Dr my son not eating last 4 days ago 2years old plz any suggestion n which one give to him suggest me syrup

A. Zincovit You can give this 3ML once in a day along with that I would like to tell you that a lot of times kids do not eat because they have their teeth also during a particular time so that could probably be one of the reasons as well so you can just check for that
