Hello Dr. My son is having cold, Cough and running nose from past 1 week and from 2 days he is not eating anything when we feed him he is just vomitting please suggest anything so that my baby can eat I am very worried

A. hi parent give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hydration
