Hello Dr, my son is going to be 5 months ... till now he is having mother's milk , now I think its not sufficient ...mostly he is waking up in midnight bcoz of hungry and my milk is not sufficient... so plz suggest me what should I give ... any biscuit aur buffalo milk ...plz help me out

Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
