Hello Dr. My son is 9 yrs old and from last say 2 months he has started sneezing a lot in the morning. I am from Himachal Pradesh..particularly d.sala. is it due to the cold or is he developing some allergies? secondly he has some small white light patches in his face...what cud be the cause for it?
