hello dr my son is 9 month old.from the last few days there is a visible spreading rash over pennis, beneath scrotum, anus and groin .can you advice if any

A. It’s The most sensitive area into the The body so I would just simply like to tell you two things either it could be a fungal infection so you can start applying candid be ointment on to that regularly two times in a day otherwise if it is just a simple he tries and you can start applying Cetaphil lotion or calamine lotion on to that
