Q.

hello Dr, my son is 4y3m old he has a stomach infection from last 4 days , he went 4 times for poo and we only gave him oflomac m oral suspension and 1 dose of enterogermina suspension but not much relief, plz help

A. the baby is more than 4 years of age of the baby is having stomach infection hamen continue the medicine given by the doctor as well give zinconia syrup 5 ml to MG
