Hi Dr my 3 y 4 m old girl and she has a white patch on her back is infection or vitiligo? plz help me

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some cohnditions like pitycgriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

This is looking like dryer so you can apply any good cream or moisturising lotion and yet if you do not see subsiding or reducing down with passage of time then you can check with your doctor as it could probably be due to deficiency of calcium or maybe skin skin related
