hello dr. my son is 2yrs and 4month old but he still speak some words not sentences.shall I worried about it. or is it show his brain development is slow or... .. please help me what can I do .

You need to interact with your child a lot and in a very clear tone so that he understands what you are saying and would imitate as he would grow. Do not worry much about it. Good luck and take care
