Hello Dr my son is 2 months old he is suffering from losmotion from 3 days I have given today walamycin suspension but he still he is not recover what should I do plz suggest me

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like eneterogermina two times 3 day
