hello Dr my son is 1yr3mth old past frm 3days he is having fever i gav colpol drops nw the temperature is normal near by dr i consult he gav Azithromycin xl 200 liquid after giving frm 2days his face has got some red rashes he is not eating anything help me out

A. this type of rashes are because of fever.. not due to medicine. It will usually go in a few days itself. There is no specific treatment for the rash. may Apply Lacto callamine.
