Hello dr,my son has bronchitis problem and takin medicine montair lc and salbutamol cough syrup since one month but his condition is same what should i do ?

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is giguven. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.r steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
