Q.

my child 5 year old is suffering from cough from 1month . not associated with sputum and fever . I have given cough syrup dextrometthorphan and phenylephrine and montair LC but still not subsided. which medicine should I start?

A. I think it would be good that if you start nebulising the child which would be a better option for you currently because that’s going to help in reducing the congestion as there is chest and throat of your child so that would be a good option because you already giving an antibiotic so don’t give any medicine without doctors advice
