hello dr.. my son 15months old suffering with cold runny nose and cough at nights.. at present we are giving tminic 1.5ml ...kindly suggest also using naso clear also..but he is suffering at lot..he will not sleep until fan run atleast on 1no..

A. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and he is having coughs and runny nose so and cold so don’t give him a bath and give syrup chericof 1.3 ml two times a day
