Hello Dr, My kid is now 4 years and 4 months old. She is very shy and does not mingle with other kids of her age. Also, she is often afraid of small things like a sudden calling bell. How can we make her more open and help her overcome her fears?

A. hello Mom this is on natural and I will suggest you to give your child give him is on privacy do not all the keep on forcing him yalk to him try to know his intrest make him join some activity accordingly and it will jelp to build up confidence
