hello Dr. my kid is having fever from Last night 100 degree. and I gave Dolo drops 1ml every 5 hrs. but still fever not reduced and vomiting from the morning. nothing is staying in the stomach. please advise

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 14 months old and he is having a fever upto 100 degrees then if it doesn’t respond to paracetamol then you should give her frequent breast feeding and calpol 1 ml
