Hello dr. My infant ,3 months old have fever and her grand parents are covid positive.please suggest me what can i do

You should take of all three of them and give calpol drops to control fever and start zinc drops and for elders keep monitoring their oxygen level and temperature after every three hours interval and keep them in well ventilated room and steaming twice a day and saline water gargles with little turmeric and rock salt and if they have fever then give dolo 650 MG twice a day and give warm liquids plenty of liquids and fruits and light and easily digestible foods
