A. Dear mum, weight of 9.2 kg is a normal weight for 2 years old baby girl, do not worry. Baby’s weight at this age should be in the range of 9 kg to 14.8 kg. Also, your child being active and achieving all growth milestones, indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
