Hello dr my daugther is one month old she is having rashes whole body and last 2-3 days her left eye was having watery discharge and today slight mucus is forming in left eye what to do plz suggest

Child is having some allergy or infection which is why rashes are there on the entire body please get it check with your doctor and accordingly they will advise you as of now would advise you to clean eyes regularly with water and also on the entire body start applying calamine lotion 3 to 4 times in the day
