Hello Dr. my daughter is 4 yrs 10 months she her urine is yellow in colour and her motion is so tight and hard plz suggest some advice thank you

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure to give water well in the diet and also jeep your child well hydrated by giving more of fluids and fibre rich food in the diet and soon the baby will be fine and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
