Q.

my 10 months old daughter passes urine in 4 or 5 times only for past 10 days and also urine is yellow in colour she had a lot of sweat and heat rashes also

A. Hi, make sure to give adequate liquid and keep your baby well hydrated. The urine count should be minimum six times in a day. You can give water, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt, breast feed. Apply moisturiser twice in a day. Use lukewarm water to give bath. Use of thin cotton clothes.
