U You try to increase the food intake of your child because what is the food intake increases health and weight is also going to increase so try to give 1 1/2 Chapati at one time put good amount of ghee into it and rather than giving Chapati try to give Paratha to the child because that will be too much of ghee into it and instead of giving plain Paratha go for Paneer Paratha vegetable Paratha which is quite heavy
