Hello Dr. My daughter is 3 months/ 10 days old today(26 April) we are giving her dpura but our Dr. suggested us osto calcium b12 suspension as well.. her birth weight was 3.26 kg and 5.7 kgs (weight checked on 8th April). Is it necessary to give osto calcium as well ? Don’t know why Dr. suggested this.

It’s A calcium supplement that your doctor has given you maybe your child must have been low in calcium according to the doctor which is why he must have suggested it to you because the way it is fine and also would like to tell you that the doctors normally is advised to go for vitamin D supplement nothing else that is your choice whether you want to continue with calcium or not
