hello dr my daughter is 3 and half yr old she doesn't speak full sentences. rymes and word she speak. she is very aggressive and hyper eye connection is also less please suggest

This requires proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper informatio da wn you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
