hello Dr. my daughter is 2 years 2 months old she is having allergic cough from last 2 days and from yesterday she is having high fever We gave her antibiotic with paracetamol last night then her fever got away but her cough is getting worse is not able to sleep and even she is vomiting after sleeping what we can do we are nebulizing her giving crossing and and antibiotic s

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in tthe origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allfergic medications
