Hello dr. my daughter is 2 months, she cry alot when lying down on her back, I gave her neupeptenine but not very much effective , what should I do, I always face gas issues with her

A. baby is crying mostly due to gastric trouble for which you can give collicaid droprs during pain and regularly give Bonnisan for2 times a day. burping is important ,cyclic motion of legs relieves gases
