hello Dr my daughter getting a fever for the last two days n loss of appetite cough n vomits after eating n feeling sleepy pain in between lower ribs what may b the reason

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with gtantiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequebntly to relieve the symptoms.
