Q.

hello Dr, my child is 1 year old. can you please tell food chart for 1 year old baby..? should we continue vitamin d3 and multivitamin syrup or suggesting any supplements?

A. you can stop the Vitamin D3 supplement after 1 year At 1 year, solid foods – including healthy snacks – are now your child's main source of energy and nutrition. He can take between three quarters to one cup of food three to four times a day, plus one to two snacks between meals. Continue breastfeeding as much as your child wants, until he is at least 2 years old.

A. Vitamin D3 should be given if your doctor is advising and as far as the food concerns you should give everything routine Sabzi Dal rice for Aata all kind of fruits green pulses everything should be given to the child as that’s the most healthy thing to be given to the child
