hello dr my both baby's having cold my 1 month baby girl having caugh from 15 -20 days &my 4 years old boy having cold from last 3 months we did so many medicines & doctor but no results yet so what we can do?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. Try with saline nasal drops spray, this will remove bacterias in the throat. This medicine is available for babies also, try for both actually this medication reaches to throat directly while spray in the nose. Try to teach 4 year boy for hot saline water gaugling. One glass hot water with one spoon salt mix and use directly for gaugling.
