hello Dr. my baby was 1 year old and she is troubled so much cough and cold plz tell me what can I do becoz medicine also not works done

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalatiosn. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your docdtor and give warm water to drink.
