Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello ma'am Baby skin color is mostly depends upon the genes of a bby and also baby change many times in a year time. you should also do massage on regular basis with coconut oil. Also can use mamaearth baby lotion and cream for baby dull skin. take care
