hello Dr my baby just completed 4 months,from 8days she pooping 6 to 7times which is semi liquid with yellow colour,when we consulted pediatrician he told it's normal,could u please let me know the cause of this and can I give sugar water to baby?do I need to re consult Dr.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is absolutely normal in babies It is quite common that small babies will be passing stool even 8 to 10 times per a day which is absolutely normal for them there is no need to use medicines you can give neopeptine drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day for digestion
