Q.

Hello Dr my baby is of ten months..I had breast fed him till now.. And now I want to chnge his milk ..please suggest me something that cow or Buffalo milk is ok or i should buy any milk powder ??

A. hi as your child is 10 months old, please don't rush to wean your child from breastfeeding. it is better to do it after one year of age. although if you want to introduce external milk, offer cow's milk you can offer amul Shakti milk or gaushala -cow's milk. but as you are introducing it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
