Hello Dr . My baby is now 2.5yrs old and her weight is around 14.5kg ....is her weight is appropriate with her age ? ....And I am also want to know what is the perfect diet plan for my baby to keep her healthy growing

A. Dear mum, weight of 14.5 kg is a healthy weight for 2.5 years old baby. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give 5 to 6 meals a day. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
